1", BETACAM (digital, metal and oxide), and 3/4" are accepted-in that order of preference. **Please DO NOT SEND us your MASTER copy**
BROADCAST AGREEMENT
A completed release form must accompany every video. You will find the release form in this package. *NOTE: without the completed release forms your video will not be dubbed/screened.

Fill out the information requested in the boxed areas. Also, make sure to include a contact name and number at the bottom of the computer sheet. **NOTE: Without this COMPLETED sheet, your video WILL NOT be dubbed/screened**

Photographs and biographical material allow us to set up and supplement artists files…if available, please forward this information to us.
GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR VIDEO SUBMISSION
The MuchMusic/MuchMoreMusic Screening Committee views new videos every Tuesday. Please have your video submissions in no later than 4p.m. Monday if you wish it to go into the meeting the next day. To find out whether your video has been screened contact us. If you want your video back please note your video WILL NOT be held indefinitely. Contact us EARLIER rather than later to arrange pick up. We look forward to receiving your video. Any questions please call.
